New app allows people to hire thugs to beat up their enemies

A company in China, launched a new app, which allows consumers to hire thugs to beat up their enemies.

An Android phone user identified as Zhang, said that he found the app and was about to hire a thug through it.

Zhang has posted a request on the app and he was answered by someone willing to hit his enemy for money. The phone number of the individual was sent to Zhang’s smartphone through the app.

The app is available in app stores for Android and other third-party app stores, including 360, Wandoujia and Xiaomi. The app stores show that the app has already been downloaded nearly 50,000 times.

The app requires users to register with their real name and phone number. Users are required to describe the type of person they are looking for and how much they are willing to pay.

One man identified as Lei of Shanghai, is willing to beat up people for about $50. Lei said that he is able to put any person in a hospital for the right price.

He requires a time and place, and a picture of the target for recognition purposes. The app description said that the thugs include gymnastics coaches, retired military personnel, gangsters and criminals.

A staff member of the company, said that the app is intended for entertainment and social networking only, and the company assumes no responsibility for any illegal actions performed by users.
