The Brits are looking forward to the 5th of July. The Palace announced today (Friday) that the christening ceremony of the baby princess, Charlotte, will take place on that date.
The second daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, William and Kate, was born a month ago in a London hospital. Like her elder brother, George, she was accepted with great excitement by the British people.
Charlotte was born on May 2nd, and she is fourth in line to the throne, after her grandfather, Charles, her father, William, and her brother, two year old George. The christening ceremony will be held at St Mary Magdalene Church at the Queen's Sandringham estate in Norfolk. The ceremony will be run by Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby.
