Eaglets Star Kelechi Nwakali Set To Sign For Belgium Club

Captain of the 2015 U-17 World Cup Golden Eaglets is heading to Belgium for a trail with Standard Liege as arranged his management company Steller Group.
Steller sport management group is headed by sport agent Jonathan Barnett and David Manasseh.
Some of the stellar names on the management team’s roaster includes: Gareth Bale, Joe Hart, Luke Shaw, Connor Wickham, Jonjo Shelvey, Glen Johnson, Ashley Cole, Nedum Onuoha and Carlton Cole.

According to Africanfootball.com, Nwakali alongside other Golden Eaglets signed by the management company; Samuel Chukwueze, David Enogena and Joel Osikel will train in Belgium then head to other clubs across Europe.
A top source said: “The players have been invited to Europe by Standard Liege and it is from there that the players will be moved to other clubs in other leagues.”
Despite the tightening of restrictions on foreign youngsters moving to England, Nwakali is expected to be granted a work permit when he turns 18 using the special talent clause that Kelechi Iheanacho used to sign for Manchester City.
In a related development, Golden Eaglet star Victor Osimhen would not be joining last season’s treble winners Barcelona according to his agent Shira Yussuf.
