BOXING NIGHT: What Otto 'Joe Boy' Wants To Do With The N1m

The winner of the GOtv Boxing Night’s N1million, Otto ‘Joe boy’ Joseph, has expressed delight, saying he is so proud to bag the cash and will surely invest the money.

Speaking exclusively to Naij.com shortly after he received his cheque at the premises of Flykites productions in Lagos on October 30, 2015, ‘Joe Boy’ revealed he couldn’t believe he won the ultimate prize of the event.
“I feel so great because it’s not easy for a fighter to box just for a night and then come out like this,” he started.
“I will invest the cash because I don’t want to have excuse later, if I do not use it judiciously. Infact my relatives would be proud of me. So also, my boxing team will be so grateful.”
The boxer also praised the organizers of the event, saying it is not easy to dole such amount of money for just a night fight.
He said: “Thanks to the organizers because it is not easy to invest so much money in a person in a night.”
Otto however hinted that he is prepared for the rematch with Nurudeen ‘Prince’ Fatai, who he defeated to win the amount in about 8 weeks time.
“I am prepared. A fighter needs to be prepared at all times. If he wants some, he will get as much as possible in December,” he boasted.
It would be recalled that  in a six-round bout at the GOtv Boxing Night which was held at the Indoor Sports Hall of the national stadium in Surulere Lagos on October 25, 2015.
