Shame: Two Men Caught Having Sex In Public (Photos)

Two men- supposed gay lovers, were spotted on a street in Chongqing, lying on top of each other with their trousers down.
The lovers allegedly feigned mental illness as reason for their public show of shame.
The lovers, who were later identified by their surnames Zhou and Liang, were spotted by citizens in Chongqing who were too shocked to react.
Local investigators launched an investigation into the shady affair after the snaps went viral online.
Daily Star reports that the Chongqing Public Security Bureau said the pair will not to be held responsible for what happened.
“The lascivious men claimed they were mentally ill and the act was a result of them not being able to control their actions,” said an official.
Officials say the couple are likely not to face any charges due to their ill health.
In 1997, homosexuality was decriminalised in China,  and the government stopped classifying it as a “mental illness” in 2001.
However, indulging in the act is still widely considered a taboo in the country.
For many citizens of China, being gay is a disease, one that demands a correctional therapy.
There are reportedly thousands of clinics in China with doctors and exorcists who claim that they can cure homosexuality and help gay men and women return to normalcy.
In recent times, news about couples romping in public of places have gone viral. It would be recalled that in September security officials apprehended a woman for having sex with her unconscious boyfriend in a supermarket car park.
